
Rachael Leigh (born on October 4, 1979 (1Rachael Leigh (born October 4, 1979[1), is an American model, actress and singer. She has starred as a baby-sitter on the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (99) and Josie and the Pussycats (2000) as well as in the television series Into the West and Perception. She also plays characters on Robot Chicken, Tifa Lockhart Josie and the Pussycats of Final Fantasy. Rachael Leigh Cook was born in Minneapolis to Thomas Howard Cook, a former stand-up comedian as well as a social worker and JoAnn Cook, who is a weaver and cooking instructor. Two of her parents are Italians. Cook was seven years old when she made an appearance in a news announcement regarding foster care. At 10 years old, Cook began working as a model for children's printers. It included national advertisements for Target as well as appearances on Milk-Bone dog biscuits containers. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also attended Minneapolis South High School.
