Alison Krauss

Alison Krauss, born in Decatur in Illinois on July 23, 1971, is a well-known and well-off Country Singer. LeAnn Kymes and Alison Kruss were two of the youngest Grammy Award winners. Alison Maria Krauss was born in the month of July 1971. Alison is an American bluegrass singer and country musician. Her career in music began in the early years, having won local competitions at 10, and recording for the first time at 14. She signed with Rounder Records in 1985 and recorded her first single album, a solo one in the year 1987. She was invited to join the band with who she continues to perform Alison Krauss and Union Station and later released her first album with them as a group in 1989.
